A lovely roman bronze ear scoop decorated with a crossed design. Circa 3rd or 4th Century A.D.
This would have once been attached to bronze keyring or chatelaine.
Condition: Very good.

Roman toilet sets were common objects often carried for personal grooming. Usually fixed upon a keyring-like loop, they would include tweezers, an ear-scoop and nail cleaner.
